Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks and blended with a lot aged in French Oak Barrels for 10 months- this wine offers the best of two worlds. Delicious alone- wonderful with appetizers, ideal with seafood, beef and poultry dishes where a little oak would kick the meal into high gear!
